A uni fren of mine called me yday on my way back. I havent been in touch with him for the last 10 years. we know each other through some other friends in hall and occasionally went to his mansion for mahjong. Yesterday he called me and ask me if how’s J. J is his good fren in uni days but i guessed they havent been contacting for a very long time.

Apparently, J has get himself into heavy debts once again due to soccer bets. Yes , is once again because this is not the first time. about 1.5 – 2years back the same thing happened and i attempted to help him.

Haev a short sms conversation with him yesterday . All the “standard” yes i will change, no i dunno why this happens comes out. Anyway the takeaway from that conversation is “if you really have decided to turn over a new leaf, dun count on your frens, sort ur problems out yourself”

Completed sub urban run 10km on sunday. This is a relatively smaller scale event compared with AHM and standchart marathon. I took part in the two in a team with Rek. The difference between that and individual open is that u need to finished the race together. Our timing is 1hr 0 min and 44sec. There arte a total of 115 teams in this category, we came in #35.. not bad but can improve. The first progressive run towards my 42km goal @ stand chart year end. Check out the pic below ! =)

2nd day of IT Fair. Was mentally prepared is going to be fxxking crowded. I have nothing in my mind i planned to get . The only thing probably is a micro SD card ( 8GB ) for my HTC Dream and 2 rolls of DVD R for my TVB shows.

I took ECP and ended up at the backside of suntec. Good thing they have the below to tell me where to park. Not as crowded as i thought. Was about to go to bugis and park actually..

once i reach there, my shopaholic itch is gone. So crowded, so noisy and isnt cheap at all. Canon Print Catridges for my printer at home selling $17 per color. I can get it at $14.90 at Funan….

Ended up at TCC typing this and enjoying my Mochavilla.

Was still thinking last week this time if i should get iPhone or Dream . but believe i make the right choice!

Top 3 things i love about my Dream
1. The syncing of contacts , calendar with gmail account
2. The apps and their interaction with the native features on the phone
3. It doesnt have “Motorola” on it!

Got sore throat and flu recently. I am trying to see if there is a link with the recently increased consumption of liquor to the sore throat. Tried to googled ” sore throat + too much liquor ” but couldnt find anything that confirmed the above statement. QB told me , most likely due to liquor because drinking is heaty and causes dehydration. Hmm….

Amazingly , i googled that Jack Daniel actually is a remedy to sore throat! Looks like next friday bachelor night for Superman at o+ , i can’t run away from it….
