Decided not to drive to the hospital already so today i took the train. The journey is quite fast, the only thing is the weather is really hot. The journey took me about 30mins. Sengkang->Serangoon->Bishan->Novena.
When i reached the ward entrance, Granny start scolding me already. She ask me why I am so cruel to leave her in this insane place and get tortured by the nurses. Apparently, last night she make another attempt to escape, so the nurse got to tie her up again. I heard she even scold the doctor this morning " 全家福贵。" She even slaps the nurse when they offered her medicine.
Upon speaking with the doctor, one of the possible causes of her insanity could be due to dehydration or the pain. Since there is no family history of alchemizer’s disease, they rule out the possiblity of that. And i dont think alchemizer patients are so violent. From a non scientific point of view, she could be possessed. She even ask auntie to go to the temple and help her drive the demons away. :S
Anyway, doctor is arranging for her operation tomorrow. After that, depending on her situation, she could be discharged as fast as 4-5 days later, however she will still be wheelchair bound for another 4-6 weeks and need to be transferred to the Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital for physio therapy before she can fully walk on her own again.
That sounds like a good plan, the only problem is , will she attempt to run away again in AMK community hospital ? I will not choose to worry about that, lets wait for the surgery to happen first.
Finally i got my Kopitiam card. Haha… still need to spend $20 before i can change to the one with 10% discount, but i never thought i will get it in the Kopitiam@TanTockSeng.
