My first marathon, and it has to be the one that I have to beat the Sun. I have been doing consistent training.. but i have not done anything longer than 25km. Not sure How I am going to survive my first 42km. But i guessed

For my first marathon, the idea is not to beat the timing, the idea is to overcome the Marathon WALL and complete it.

I hate it. Why do I have to switch to starhub when singtel broadband was working PERFECTLY…

first of all, the package comes with just the standard modem, i have to go get a router myself. In the end i chose to get a Dlink D-600. The wireless setup was easy , but the connection was unstable. Putting the blame on starhub service , I decided to remove the router to try and it works fine. That means must be the router problem ?

I posted on facebook, but friends told me they have no issue, and some of issue with singtel bband instead. So i decided to do a google to see what went wrong. I couldnt find much information though. Only able to find a hotline for SG customers to enquire on Dlink bband . That is a 24/7 line

The lady recommended me to go download the latest firmware. I am on hardware B1 and firmware 2.01. Apparently , there is a 2.02 already.

So i went to their website to download the latest firmware.. all the files are in *.bin format… luckly google saves my day again.

Works for now.. but I think need to monitor for some time first !

With B. and E. on board in HK, I planned for this trip so that I could have a face to face discussion with the team. This is important because i feel managers should connect directly with the team. ANd this is even harder if the manager and team is located in different locations geographically.

It is a quick short 2 days in the HK office and usually stuff like meetings, explaining the organisation and also sharing the career development plan with each of them.

Hong Kong Motorola office has moved to Hung Hom. The last time i went there for business trip was in 2002. ( UFlip testing ) . At that time, it is still near to causeway bay. To reach Moto @ Hung Hom now, I took a train to Tsim Tsa Tsui and then take a 30 HKD cab to reach the destination. Office environment is good, with some cubicles having full harbour view too.

Tried various kind of hongkong cuisine and i still like the Cha Chan Teng food most!
