Multiclickz

Just resigned the agreement with Moto HR. The last day has been pushed back to Dec 31 because of a new project. only 12 of us are left. 9 of us are software. We were once 400 team department. Sighz.

Anyway , anything can happen in this 3 months so I will take it postively and carry on. Moreover like what i told YZ, there is no 十全十美. We already 八全九美 already , cannot ask for more

为什么每只蚂蚁都长得一模一样？就是要老板认不出他们。一个星期上6天班，其实是有6只蚂蚁，1只蚂蚁上一天，所以我们应该向政府申请，一个星期上一天班，休息6天。 。。。。 但是好可惜，我们人类未达到这种文化程度。

HL has a lobang for bowling and S Group formed 4 teams to take part in this event, Is more of a teambuilding event for us .  Early in the day we met up and went to Balestier for Bak Kut Teh since the Bowling Club is about 5mins away from that place

Bowling was fun. I cannot remember the last time i did it but i know is a very long time ago. about 20 of us was there. There is a peagent night after that so it makes it all the more to be there for a whole day S Group outing.

Whats the occasion ? Mrs Chan birthday!

Singapore Marathon 2009 ( Some call it Std Chart Run ) is back. I got the mailer that is offering runners who particpated last year a 30% discount for Early Bird registration fees.

But the question now is 21 or 42 ?

8am – Starbucks Centre point Orchard . I love the starbucks there simply because the environment is conducive for me to do some work on my own without any interference. A cup of Mocha without Whipped Cream is all i need to keep myself occupied the whole morning.

11am – Dim Sum Lunch at Ah Yat. got 50% off on weekdays. Check out the Lobster!

2pm – Went to NTU to check out the freshies selection for this year UOC. The last time i was really active in the camp was probably 2000 or 2001. After that, my career took over the priority. This year i will try to spend more time in the camp since there will be nothing much at work

4pm Badminton at YCK Sports Hall. This was a last minute decision. I like Last minute Decisions

7pm Dinner at Hougang Mall. Ate Duck Noodles.

9pm Chill out at O+. 1 pint + 2 Bottles .

11pm Mahjong thru the night….. win $120

But that didnt dampen our spirits, you will never learn how to ride a bicycle until you fell a couple of times.

We have make a lot of progress since a couple of weeks back.

MultiClickz has hit its 10 posts with a Top 10 unique things about Singapore from an american perspective ( That’s authored by Curly ). You can read it here.

I missed the Seminar on Tuesday due to the my Granny’s condition. But based on what YZ said, it was a fruitful trip and they learn a few things we can apply to MultiClickz. That is good news!

Another piece of good news, I managed to get LM to get us free passes to some of the tourist destinations. We are going to do a series coverage in a different perspective. That is one of our intention and also our goal to create more unique content to reward our loyal readers.

We have launched our 8th post for SGTOP10 with a coverage on CommunicAsia. You can read that post done by CupNoodle here . The daily site visits seems to be coming down . Yesterday, we have less than 100 visitors. I have setup a meeting on monday to go through together the traffic data and hopefully we can try to understand what are the causes and what solutions we can to maintain the site visitors . Could it be contents or could it be marketing ?

Anyway , this will not dampen our spirit to continue our journey to make my first self-biz a successful one. We have a handful more posts that is already done and being queued to be published. We figure out that it is probably not a good reason to burst publish all the articles but regulate them out so that we have a constant flow of contents.

Execution activities for multiclickz has begun vigorously, we are all engaged trying to bring traffic in. We need high and regular traffic. The logo has been released. Thanks to cupnoodle who did the design. I love the logo for its simplicity but yet keeping all of us focus that Clicks is the keyword to our success.

Looking back at where we started ( about 3 weeks ago ) , we have accomplished a few major milestones

1. We have put 5 people together to form up this MultiClickz LLP. Each of us has our own strenghts and weakness , but put all 5 of us together ,  you will get S.U.C.C.E.S.S

2. We have setup our financial. Bank accounts, Capital Injections and Partners agreements

3. We have launched our first site. We aimed to provide everyone who has an interests on all the things happening around our Lion City. You can check out the contents here .

4. We have set up roles and responsibilities. Everyone has something to work on that will contribute to our first major milestone -> Getting our advertising account approved!

I look forward to our first MacDonald Extra Value Meal!
