wah just now i running ,t hen got a cement truck over take me
is a 2lane road
cement truck on the rightmost lane
then a taxi on the left most lane overtake the cement truck and cut into the right most lane
then the cement truck brake
then bang the taxi
then the cement truck went up the middle ker
kerb
then almost hit the mrt track column
then the taxi swerve
glass shatter
side mirror drop
bumper drop

Adidas Sundown 2010

I missed the Stand Chart run due to leg injury , quickly signed up for the adidas sundown 42km. This will be my first time doing 42km and definately need proper training.

Going to start blogging and tracking my runs

My first and warm up to the 5 months training is a 7km run at my favourite sengkang area. Due to jet lag, was not able to sleep , so decided to go for a run with mrs chan at 6.30am in the morning.

Love morning runs because there is lesser people, lesser crowd and also fresher air.

Neeed to be able to do 3 runs a week this month. Let me go read up on a proper running schedule.
